Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Access Specialist to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating domestic and offshore research roadshows, managing logistics, and maintaining calendars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Domestic Research Roadshows: Organize and manage roadshow dates, calendars, invitations, and logistics.
  • Offshore Roadshows: Coordinate non-deal and deal roadshows, both in-person and virtual or hybrid.
  • Results Season Logistics: Manage in-person, hybrid, and virtual logistics for results season (twice a year).
  • Corporate Roadshows: Organize in-person and virtual corporate roadshows.
  • Internal and Client-Facing Events: Coordinate company desk briefings, industry expert events, research analyst briefings, and relationship-building events.
  • Global Conferences: Liaise with offshore teams and communicate conferences to local sales teams.
  • Domestic Conferences: Manage venues, contracts, keynote speakers, corporate meeting management, and maintain calendars.

  • Client Tracking and Event Databases: Experience with client tracking and event databases a plus.
  • Virtual Event Platforms: Understanding of virtual event platforms.
Business Knowledge
  • Corporate Access Experience: Good understanding of corporate access and its role in investment banking.
  • Financial Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of global markets and working within a large financial company.
