Senior Account Service Manager

We are seeking a confident and capable Senior Account Service Manager to join our team in Brisbane. Working closely with Youi Insurance, you’ll play a central role in bringing high-quality content to life across editorial, web, video, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as the primary day-to-day contact.
  • Account Growth: Identify and convert new opportunities in partnership with the Content Director.
  • Client Support: Provide responsive ad hoc support, resolving queries and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
  • Asset & Documentation Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of project assets, updates, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have solid production experience, preferably across digital, social, and branded content. A proven track record as an Account Manager with a strong background in business development is essential. The ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and exceptional attention to detail are also key requirements.
