Principal Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate maintenance activities across the mobile fleet to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Resolve complex technical issues to maintain optimal equipment performance.
  • Guarantee full compliance with relevant statutory and safety standards.
  • Develop and mentor team members to improve their skills and address knowledge gaps.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Degree in Diesel Fitting or Auto Electrician trade.
  • 5+ years of post-trade experience, preferably in large-scale mining environments.
  • Experience with mobile maintenance and general computer literacy.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
