Crushing Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Crushing Operations Manager. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in crushing leadership roles.
- Ensure crushing targets and KPIs are met in accordance with client contract terms and safety systems.
- Communicate daily objectives with crushing, maintenance, and contracting personnel.
- Monitor wear parts life and report costs to the project manager monthly.
- Assess and monitor crusher equipment condition to ensure plant is mechanically sound for efficient and safe operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective crushing strategies to optimize production and efficiency.
- Lead a team of experienced professionals to ensure safe and efficient operation of crushing equipment.
- Collaborate with maintenance and contracting personnel to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in crushing leadership roles.
- Sound knowledge of safety systems and regulations.
- Ability to lead a team safely and effectively.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
