Key Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic team in Collins Kitchen Restaurant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Meet and greet all guests arriving and departing the restaurant with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Provide personalized service in intimate settings, anticipating and exceeding guest expectations
  • Work effectively as part of a dynamic team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve exceptional results
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Deliver superior customer service, adapting to individual needs and preferences with flexibility and poise
  • Create a positive first impression, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience
  • Be flexible to work on a rotating roster, including weekends, night shifts and public holidays, demonstrating adaptability and resilience
  • Assist with other areas of Food & Beverage as required, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach

Requirements:

  • Previous Food & Beverage experience is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • A positive attitude towards customer service is essential, with a passion for delivering memorable experiences
  • Must have an unrestricted working visa for Australia, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Must have a Responsible Service of Alcohol certification for Victoria, adhering to industry standards
  • Bar skills are desirable, enhancing your ability to provide exceptional beverage service
  • Barista skills are also desirable, adding to your versatility and value as a team member
