Cubic Transportation Systems (Australia) Pty Limited, a leading provider of technology solutions in transportation, is seeking an experienced Transformation Director to lead our Asia Pacific operations.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming our service delivery and operation model by providing technology-led business process outsourcing to public transportation agencies. This includes executing operational services, managing shared optional services provisioned from global operations centres, and collaborating with regional leadership to implement approved operational and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement and efficiency
  • Develop and implement local service operation initiatives aligned with global standards
  • Optimize operational processes to enhance scalability and growth potential

Financial Oversight:

  • Own P&L responsibility for Asia Pacific's service delivery; collaborate with Finance to prepare annual budgets and manage expenses
  • Oversee management of company resources to ensure optimal use and cost-efficiency
  • Build and execute financial/operational business cases to deliver improved outcomes

Customer and Partner Relationships:

  • Manage relationships with key customers to understand their needs and foster long-term partnerships
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance operational capabilities
  • Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners

Leadership and Management:

  • Provide leadership and direction to your people to accomplish Company goals
  • Lead change management and communications as needed
  • Allocate resources efficiently to manage team workloads and ensure high-quality service delivery

Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
