About the Role

This is a leadership opportunity to spearhead exceptional service delivery to our community. As Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of leading a passionate team across multiple sites, ensuring every customer interaction is consistent, timely, and reflects our commitment to service excellence.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will oversee daily operations across face-to-face, phone, and digital channels, providing coaching and direction, managing rosters, resolving complex issues, and using data and insights to drive continual improvement in the customer experience.
  • You will contribute to strategic initiatives, digital transformation projects, and the enhancement of processes and systems that make a real difference to our community.
Your Skills and Experience
  • You must have demonstrated experience leading customer service teams, including daily operations, workflow management and rostering.
  • A strong understanding of service excellence and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes across digital and in-person channels are essential.
  • You should possess excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with customer service systems such as PABX, CRM, and cash receipting platforms would be beneficial.
  • A keen interest in continuous improvement and a collaborative mindset is required.
