Job Overview

The position is responsible for supporting the management team in protecting and promoting the company's reputation as well as developing relationships with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in engagement practices including community outreach, relationship management and social media engagement.
  • Support governance and business operations including policy drafting, document writing and ad-hoc duties.
  • Source and prepare positive media and case study content for various platforms.
  • Help manage issues including through the preparation of holding statements, briefing notes, situation reports and engagement plans.
  • Contribute to managing community-based issues as required by the team.
  • Receive, manage and resolve inquiries from public channels as per expectations.
  • Develop and manage online content.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business / Design / Administration/ Communications / Public Relations / Marketing or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working in stakeholder engagement, communications or marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing strategies for stakeholder engagement, marketing, communications or other similar fields.
