Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to play a pivotal part in enhancing consultation and engagement with external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage stakeholder touchpoints, including surveys and sessions.
  • Maintain accurate contact lists and ensure effective communication channels are utilized.
  • Act as a key conduit for stakeholder consultation processes with internal teams.
  • Analyse data and generate reports to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar stakeholder engagement role or business administration and stakeholder management role.
  • Broad knowledge of the payments technology or financial industry sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage and update contact databases.
  • Experience generating reports and analysing data for stakeholder reporting and decision-making.
