Stakeholder Engagement Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Stakeholder Engagement Professional to join our team and drive successful stakeholder engagement strategies for complex projects.
The role will provide high-level strategic support and project management, focusing on stakeholder engagement for the next 12-month period.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing effective stakeholder engagement strategies across various stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders, achieving successful outcomes.
- Preparing high-quality advice, briefs, presentations, and reports for senior leaders.
Requirements:
- Appropriate tertiary qualification or relevant professional experience in a similar role.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement, networking, and influencing skills.
- Strong project management and people management skills.
Assessment Process:
- Giving an example of using communication skills to win over a reluctant or hostile stakeholder.
- Description of a project that demonstrates project management skills, including strategies and outcomes.
Part of the assessment process may include online capability testing or skills testing. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to delivering exceptional results.
