Job Overview

This is a highly sought-after role that requires an individual to provide expert administrative support to drive the continuous learning and development of our people.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similarly administrative role with transferable skills, preferably with experience in learning and using an LMS.

You will be responsible for coordinating training program course set up and ongoing delivery, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, uploading data, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

A key aspect of this role is building relationships with complex stakeholders and communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach are essential, as you will need to work autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues to achieve goals.

Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, Instructional Design or equivalent are advantageous, but not required. We encourage applicants who are working towards tertiary qualifications.
