We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Robert Walters Australia. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for our clients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing a professional and friendly greeting
  • Maintain a secure and organized front-of-house area, ensuring all necessary documentation and equipment are readily available
  • Provide support for visitors, including refreshments, coat storage, and area information
  • Ensure all staff and visitors sign in and out as necessary
  • Assist staff with meeting room bookings and event management
Requirements
  • Experience in reception, administrative, or customer service roles
  • Previous reception experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain personal effectiveness during periods of high workload
