Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant to provide exceptional support to our senior managers and contribute to the smooth operation of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage diaries and emails for senior managers
- Set meeting agendas and arrange client and team meetings
- Process monthly expenses and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate internal and external events
- Enter time records and obtain approvals
- Prepare slide decks and reports
- Provide administrative support for business operations
- Arrange travel and on-board new staff
- Minimum 2 years of office administration or Personal Assistant experience
- Experience in Insurance or Finance sector highly regarded
- Intermediate level MS skills, including Excel, document formatting, and PowerPoint
- Tech-savvy individual who can quickly adapt to new systems
- Ability to multitask and work on diverse activities
- Proactive and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
