Shopping Centre Operations Coordinator

The role is to provide administrative support to the shopping centre management team, ensuring the smooth operation of the asset. This involves managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, as well as coordinating with tenants and vendors, including managing contracts, agreements, and invoices.
Maintaining accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Additionally, assisting with event planning and coordination, and handling general inquiries and providing excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the property management or retail industry is a plus.
