Technology Analyst Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for IT user incidents and requests, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshooting software issues individually and with the wider IT team.
  • Identifying common callers and issues for escalation, to further trouble-shoot and solve problems.
  • Setting up, configuring, and relocating IT equipment.
  • Registering and issuing loan IT equipment.
  • Troubleshooting hardware problems individually and with the wider IT team, logging service calls with external providers.
  • Setting up teleconferencing and video conferencing meetings, liaising with presenters and troubleshooting issues.
  • Recording helpdesk incidents and requests in the database.
  • Maintaining computer asset tracking and updating.
About You

We seek a Technology Analyst with a keen interest in technology, 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a professional services or corporate environment. You should possess robust technical skills and dedication to excellence, with a willingness to contribute to our high-performing team.
