Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sterilisation Technician to provide sterile and thermally disinfected medical equipment for patient care.

">About the Role

The role involves providing sterile medical equipment to all areas of the hospital, in accordance with policies and procedures developed by NSW Health and SCHN.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sterile and thermally disinfected medical equipment to all areas of the hospital.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the sterilisation service.
  • Maintain accurate records of sterilisation processes and results.
Requirements
  • Experience working in Hospital Sterilising Services or a related field.
  • Ability to work shifts on a 7 day rotating roster.
  • Hold a Certificate III in Sterilisation Services.
