We are seeking a motivated and experienced insurance professional to join our Cyber Solutions broking business as a Client Manager with a focus on Cyber risk. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon offices across Sydney/Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take to market a portfolio of Global Corporate/Professional Services clients and support senior brokers on more complex placements.
  • Provide a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship management.
  • Gather client information to enable renewal negotiations.
  • Attend client meetings to maintain and build relationships, articulate Aon's go-to-market strategy, present renewal terms, and seize cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain and update insurance market updates for financial lines policies.
  • Provide market insights and placement strategies to clients and colleagues.
  • Develop solutions to result in improved client outcomes and retention.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years in a broking or insurance-related type experience.
