Medical Operations Manager

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading high-performing teams, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. As a key member of our practice management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our medical centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and high-quality care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow and reduce waiting times
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business plans to achieve centre growth and profitability
  • Manage the centre's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operation
  • Provide coaching and training to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
