Green Leaves Early Learning offers a National Learning, Research, and Development Program (NLRDP) that supports professional development. As part of the Green Leaves family you have access to an extensive set of support services and opportunities developed in collaboration with our Educators from across the group.
Responsibilities / What you will do- Lead and mentor educators to design and deliver imaginative, high-quality learning experiences.
- Engage in curriculum development that fosters creativity, curiosity, and meaningful learning for all children.
- Leverage the NLRDP and collaborate with partners to support professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in regular knowledge-sharing forums and access a network of resources and training offerings.
- Support inclusion, wellbeing, sustainability, and documentation practices across the team.
- Face-to-face and online mentoring with the NLRDP Research Partner
- Monthly Educational Leader Think Tank meetings
- Access to knowledge partners across Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
- Unlimited information and resources via the NLRDP platform
- Arts and materials training programs and documentation training
- On-call Inclusion Mentoring Team and opportunities for NZ study tours

- Proven masterful mentoring skills
- ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher
- Current State-working with Children's Check
- Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
- Completion of required Child Protection Training per regulations (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid certificates (or willingness to obtain)
