**Project Coordinators play a pivotal role in delivering commercial construction projects. Our dynamic team is renowned for its expertise in managing complex projects across various sectors.

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our experienced project team. This role involves leading and managing on-site construction operations, ensuring effective coordination of teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage on-site construction operations
  • Maintain high levels of communication and collaboration with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee all cost and contractual matters including forecasting, reporting, claims, variations, supplier agreements, and cash-flow optimisation
  • Interpret and apply contractual documentation to support decision-making and mitigate risk
  • Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) procedures

The successful candidate will have extensive experience delivering commercial construction projects, strong leadership and team-building skills, and expertise in project planning, risk management, cost control, and financial reporting. They will also be proficient in MS Project and MS Office Suite, and possess a comprehensive understanding of the Australian construction industry.
