Role Overview:

As a construction project leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across various regions. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in managing project teams, identifying risks and opportunities, and driving efficiency improvements in operations.

We are seeking an experienced construction professional with a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project engineers and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Identify and mitigate risks, as well as capitalize on opportunities to drive business growth
  • Review and advise on project construction programs, including piling and heavy foundation products
  • Contract management, including understanding contractual conditions, performance specifications, and site conditions
  • Provide technical support and construction advice to project teams
