Clinical and Quality Business Partner

The role of Clinical and Quality Business Partner involves providing strategic support to clinical leadership teams, ensuring high-quality care delivery in line with the Clinical Governance Framework.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner and mentor clinical leaders to drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on current accreditation standards.
  • Coach and mentor staff across various ACH Group sites.
  • Analyse data, evaluate performance, and report insights.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the quality business strategy.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with a relevant professional body, such as AHPRA.
  • Strong understanding of Total Quality Management systems, policies, and frameworks.
  • Substantial experience within the aged care sector.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset, working effectively in a team environment.
  • Sound clinical knowledge and expertise.
  • Willingness to travel to and work from various locations.
  • Holding a valid driver's license.
