Advanced Clinical Leadership Role

The position of a Senior Clinician involves providing high-level, expert clinical services to children and families with complex needs. This includes guiding best practice in assessment, intervention, and therapeutic support strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver advanced level clinical services to children and families with complex needs
  • Lead the development and implementation of evidence-based practices in assessment, intervention, and therapeutic support
  • Support professional growth and development through mentoring, training, and clinical supervision
  • Promote quality improvement initiatives and drive continuous enhancement of clinical services
  • Foster effective collaboration and strategic partnerships across sectors

To be successful in this role, you will require relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work or Psychology, extensive expertise in psychosocial assessment and therapeutic intervention, and a proven track record in clinical supervision and driving quality improvement.
