We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the management of electrical assets across various systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for asset maintenance, renewal, and compliance with operational standards.
  • Analyze asset performance data and identify areas for improvement, developing strategies for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues related to electrical asset performance, mitigating risks and ensuring safe operation within regulatory limits.
  • Provide expert engineering advice on electrical assets, including failure investigations and corrective actions.
  • Prepare business cases for securing funding for asset upgrades or renewals, justifying costs and benefits to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree in electrical engineering or a related field, or relevant industry experience.
  • Familiarity with treatment processes and product quality, as well as operating assets and systems for water, recycled water, and stormwater delivery.
  • Proven ability to develop and review complex reports, strategies, and plans for regulators, stakeholders, and senior managers.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in managing electrical assets.
