Job Description

Credit Hindsight Program Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the management and oversight of credit decisions within established parameters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic group of credit risk professionals in monitoring adherence to approved limits, ensuring high-quality analysis and risk assessment, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of credit risk management, including regulatory frameworks and industry best practices. They will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a self-directed approach to continuous improvement.
