Dynamic Team Lead

As a Solutions Engineering Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of engineers in investigating client pain points and mapping business and technical requirements to our capabilities.

You will work closely with sales management to align the SE team to sales goals and partner with product management to advance our product line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a Solutions Engineering team and motivate/coach your team members
  • Prioritize and drive key results, working with your team to investigate, discover, and assess client pain points
  • Partner with sales management to align the SE team to sales goals and deliver compelling presentations to customers and prospects
  • Work with product management to advance our product line and provide customer feedback
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales or consulting leadership capacity
  • Knowledge of and experience within the ITSM/ESM domain for 3+ years
  • Proven team leader and motivator who can interpret complex problem statements, boil them down into simple solutions, and collaborate with prospects, channel partners, and the broader SE team
