Business Support Services Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational information to the Executive Director and management team. They will be expected to develop and manage the centre's annual budget in accordance with operational plans and departmental requirements.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in business support services and management, with a focus on providing strategic and operational information to executive leaders.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Implementing business services roles and responsibilities to achieve effective and efficient service delivery.
  • Leading, supervising, and managing staff to ensure integrated teamwork and professionalism.
  • Participating as an effective member of the Centre's management team in developing and promoting the department's strategic direction.

The Business Support Services Manager will also be responsible for overseeing projects related to business services and operations management issues. This includes managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
