About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance Scheduler to join our team.Reporting to the Planning & Reliability Superintendent, this role plays a critical part in ensuring our mobile maintenance activities are well-coordinated, accurate, and efficient.You will be responsible for ensuring that the Pulse Work Management System (WMS) is maintained to standard, that contractor schedules are integrated into a cohesive site-wide plan, and that schedule compliance is tracked and reported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Work Management Processes are implemented and consistently followed.
  • Provide guidance and training to maintenance personnel on the Pulse System.
  • Maintain data integrity in Pulse (SMU, PM services, defect management, backlog).
  • Maintain Pulse System master data as required.
  • Ensure all contractors submit their weekly schedules on time.
  • Consolidate contractor schedules into a single site schedule, adjusting where necessary.
  • Report weekly on schedule compliance.
About You

We're looking for someone who brings:Experience in scheduling or maintenance planning within mining, resources, or heavy industry.Familiarity with maintenance systems such as Pulse, SAP, or similar.Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.Ability to engage with contractors and internal stakeholders to align schedules.A commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
