Job Opportunity: Mobile Equipment Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mobile equipment fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities for mobile equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in mobile equipment maintenance, with a focus on planning and scheduling.
  • Proven track record of improving maintenance efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Intermediate computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.
