We are seeking an experienced Senior Chef to join our team in Blackwater, Queensland.
- Travel to one of our Blackwater villages and cook for a village of 150-700 people on a 14:7 roster.
- Work alongside a supportive team in a bulk cooking environment with diverse dietary needs.
- Certified III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification).
- Significant experience in bulk/batch cooking and food preparation.
- Valid working rights in Australia for the next 12 months.
- National Police Clearance within the last 6 months.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination.
- $90k-$110k annual salary + 12% Superannuation.
- 5 weeks annual leave + your week off at the end of each rotation.
- Bonus of $17k (paid quarterly).
- Flights available from Brisbane or Gold Coast.
