Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across multiple sites in South Australia and Western Australia.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Manage monthly P&L, portfolio reporting, management commentary, and rolling forecasts. Assist with full-year budgeting and financial planning.
  • Contract & Revenue Management: Administer debt collection, price escalations, and contract variations according to client agreements and company standards.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures, and manage internal and external audit processes.
  • Stakeholder Support: Provide financial guidance and performance reporting to Facility Managers overseeing soft services.
Requirements
  • Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce (Accounting); CA/CPA qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role managing financial operations across multiple sites.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to solve problems, manage projects, and deliver results.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in building effective relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication capabilities.
  • Work Ethic & Autonomy: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Cultural Competence: Able to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Compliance: Must be an Australian Citizen and must hold or be eligible for a Baseline Security Clearance.

Experience in a financial reporting and analysis role within the Facilities Management industry is advantageous.
