Job Title: Crisis Responder

We are seeking a highly skilled Crisis Responder to lead the development and implementation of emergency management programs across multiple sites in Australia.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and continuously improving the program.
About You / Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in emergency management frameworks and program delivery.
  • A strong background in security operations and incident response.
  • A high level of attention to detail, organisational skills, critical thinking, and adaptability.
  • Experience in post-incident reviews, audits, and risk reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of emergency infrastructure and systems.
  • Qualification or equivalent experience in Public Safety, Emergency Management, and Auditing.
  • Experience in corporate security environments and multi-site operations.
  • Qualification in Training & Assessment (highly regarded but not essential).
  • Willingness to travel interstate as required.
