We are seeking a Retail Leader to join our team and drive retail excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a dynamic retail team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring high standards of product presentation and stock management, enforcing cleaning protocols, and leading the retail team in the absence of the manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete retail opening and closing procedures meticulously.
  • Manage cash handling and ensure all management procedures are followed during opening and closing.
  • Assist in the setup and stock control of the retail store.
  • Provide consistent support and training to the retail team in alignment with our ethos and training policies.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the retail store ensuring superior service.
  • Facilitate effective communication between management and the floor team.
  • Deliver outstanding service and foster positivity to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints swiftly and accurately.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, preferably MICROS.
  • Familiarity with NSW Food Health and Safety regulations.
