Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end payroll execution ensuring timely and accurate payments in line with Awards, employment contracts and statutory obligations.
- Maintain financial integrity by overseeing payroll journals, accruals and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
- Provide responsive support as the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries across Australia and New Zealand.
About This Opportunity
This role is ideal for a seasoned payroll professional with strategic thinking, operational rigor and a passion for compliance and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with PAYG, FBT, Payroll Tax and Superannuation regulations in Australia and New Zealand.
- Strong knowledge of Awards and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements.
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems, time and attendance platforms and/or HRIS.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex payroll operations for both countries.
