**Requirements:**

  • Landscaping and/or grounds maintenance experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience in general maintenance and repairs is essential.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines is crucial.
