Program Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the execution of complex, cross-business programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-line business, with experience in the Business Banking domain preferred.

  • Establish and mobilize cross-functional teams for program execution, engaging internal, global, and third-party resources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive the full lifecycle of program delivery, from mobilization to execution, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and realization of defined benefits.
Key Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 8+ years of experience managing complex projects across diverse domains in financial services.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver multiple high-value projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Skilled in managing and influencing a wide range of stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Demonstrated success in building, leading, and motivating cross-functional and matrixed teams.
