Key Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance, reliability, and availability of our fixed plant assets.

About This Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our organization. You will be responsible for managing maintenance execution, engineering, shutdowns, and planning teams to drive functional excellence and achieve operational objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Safety: Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities, mine regulations, electrical compliance, and safety. Lead, guide, and mentor the use of safe working procedures for maintenance operations on site.
  2. Team Leadership & Culture: Demonstrate strong and visible leadership, build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, develop and lead a collaborative team with clear objectives, targets, and strategies.
  3. Functional Responsibilities: Promote the Asset Management Framework and Maintenance Excellence program, ensure efficient and effective maintenance, reliability, and availability of fixed plant assets, drive functional excellence by adhering to industry best practices, embracing new technologies, operating within budget, and maintaining the highest safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong Safety Focus: Demonstrated understanding and awareness of Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and ensure all work is carried out in accordance.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong and visible leadership, ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintenance Expertise: Experience in managing maintenance execution, engineering, shutdowns, and planning teams, proficiency in Asset Management Framework and Maintenance Excellence program.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with SLT and key stakeholders to deliver strategic improvement projects.
