We are seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals to join our team of educators in regional public schools.
This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or initial teacher education students who completed their studies or are in their final year of study at a Western Australian University.
The Advanced Graduate Program offers a range of benefits, including access to higher starting salaries, additional rent subsidies, and permanency after completing 2 continuous years of services in one or more regional public schools.

The program is designed for high-performing education students and graduates from WA universities who are ready to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people through innovative lesson planning, creative classroom delivery, and inspiring a passion for learning.
To be eligible, you must have completed your initial teacher education studies at a WA university in the last 6 months; or be in your final semester of study towards an initial teacher education qualification at a WA university. You must also have performed to a very high standard in your most recent professional experience placement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of your students.

- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
Selection Criteria:
- Completed initial teacher education studies at a WA university in the last 6 months; or be in your final semester of study towards an initial teacher education qualification at a WA university.
