Georgiou: Exciting Opportunity for a Civil Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our Midland Junction Alliance project.

This role involves ensuring the daily operational activities are completed safely and on time. You will be responsible for managing earthworks, road and rail formation construction, pavements, drainage, and finishing works.

You will monitor part of the project to deliver it on time and budget, meeting quality standards. Liaise with subcontractor supervisors and manage works according to the Project Management Plan.

A strong focus on personal and team safety is essential through our 'Safety is My Way' initiative. Ensure your team is skilled and resourced to meet productivity targets, drive productivity, and manage performance.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Previous experience in earthworks, bulk and detail, formation, and road pavement construction, as well as drainage.
  • Experience in a civil construction supervisory position.
  • Strong ability to monitor a section of work and coordinate resources to deliver on time and budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • An engaging leader with experience driving a high standard of work and safety.
