Job Title: Artistic Projects Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and creative professional to assist with the delivery of our Creative Plan 2025–2030.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide project planning and operational delivery to build participation in creative programming, leading inclusive and participatory creative development initiatives across various creative disciplines.

This role involves coordinating and delivering discrete projects, contributing to enhancing the community's creative offerings, and working within the Arts and Cultural Engagement team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement artistic projects that foster community engagement and participation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver creative programs and services that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Creative Plan 2025–2030, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as arts management, creative writing, or a related discipline.
  • A strong background in project coordination, preferably in the arts sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A passion for the arts and commitment to delivering high-quality creative programs and services.
