Artistic Health Team Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Artistic Health team as a Part-Time Administrator. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the optimal performance and wellbeing of our dancers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, tracking dancer capacity, and facilitating seamless collaboration across departments. You will work closely with health professionals, artists, and company staff to deliver efficient, high-quality care and smooth touring arrangements.

We present upwards of 220 performances annually through our main stage seasons in various cities; along with public programs, special events, an extensive regional tour, and Children's Ballet and Education programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of the team
  • Assist with planning, budgeting, touring, and travel arrangements
  • Collaborate with world-leading artists and health practitioners
  • Partner with teams across the organisation to drive improvements and change
Requirements:
  • High level administrative skills
  • Flexibility, energy, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, with both high and low levels of supervision
  • An eye for process improvement
