Job Summary

We're seeking a Part-Time Health Team Coordinator to provide essential support to our Artistic Health team. In this role, you'll help optimise dancer performance and wellbeing by coordinating daily operations and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

You'll work closely with health professionals, artists, and staff to deliver efficient, high-quality care and smooth touring arrangements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the team
  • Assist with plans, touring, and travel arrangements
  • Collaborate with leading artists and health practitioners
  • Partner with teams to drive improvements and change
Requirements:
  • High-level administrative skills
  • Flexibility, energy, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, with both high and low levels of supervision
  • An eye for process improvement
