Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the growth and success of our Victorian business. As Associate Director, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results, building strong client relationships, and mentoring a team of consultants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical asset management, building consultancy, or related fields, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving the vision and growth of the Victorian business
  • Overseeing project delivery across technical asset management, building consultancy, and lifecycle planning engagements
  • Managing projects and timelines to ensure client requirements are met within agreed timeframes
  • Assisting in establishing strategic operational goals and KPIs aligned with future business plans

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Outstanding experience in technical asset management, building consultancy, or related fields
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in proposal development and client engagement
  • Collaborative leadership style with a commitment to mentoring and developing others
  • Excellent communication skills - both with clients and internally
