Technical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to lead our team of consultants focused on delivering technology workflow solutions for customers across APAC.

This role requires a player/coach mentality, with demonstrated success managing teams to objectives and key results (OKRs) across a portfolio of customer engagements.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in a consulting or professional services role with a focus on enterprise/business transformation solutions. Preferably, they will have minimum 3-5 years in consulting leadership role at a top-tier consulting company or equivalent focused on technology-enabled transformations.

Experience with similar enterprise platforms is highly desirable. The willingness to pursue relevant certifications and continuous learning is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technical consultants to deliver technology workflow solutions to customers.
  • Manage OKRs and drive team performance to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers.
  • Foster an inclusive and equitable workplace culture, valuing diverse perspectives.
  • Pursue relevant certifications and continuous learning opportunities.

Requirements:
