Senior Business Architect

Key Qualifications

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is essential.

2. A minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in a similar capacity, particularly in extensive Salesforce CRM projects.

3. Strong listening, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities are crucial.

4. Proficiency in modeling business processes utilizing various methodologies and tools.

5. Experience with cloud-based initiatives, collaborating with digital transformation teams, UX/CX designers, and applications that are compliant with accessibility standards.

6. Familiarity with deployments in both public and private government-approved cloud environments, along with associated security protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Background in both Agile and Structured project delivery, with knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and the Insurance sector.

2. Experience in Agile and Structured delivery methodologies.

3. TOGAF certification or an equivalent qualification in IT architecture is advantageous.

4. An innovative mindset towards accessibility and a passion for inclusive design and development will be highly valued.
