Senior Landscape Architect Opportunity

As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team of skilled designers and horticulturists in delivering exceptional landscape design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of landscape designers and horticulturists, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with client objectives and project goals.
  • Oversee all phases of landscape design projects, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences, translating them into innovative and practical design solutions.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to our projects.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to timelines.
  • Conduct site assessments and evaluations to inform design decisions and address any potential challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape design.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and client relationship management.
  • Strong proficiency in landscape design software (e.g., Vectorwords, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Drive).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Professional licensure in landscape architecture (if applicable) is preferred.
