Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to fill the role of Surveillance Operations Expert. As a key member of our asset protection team, you will be responsible for utilizing advanced surveillance technologies and systems to safeguard our people and assets.

Your expertise will drive the optimization of current and emerging surveillance infrastructure, ensuring peak operational performance and uncompromising integrity across all security functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Asset Protection Systems Manager to oversee the Surveillance Technical team and systems, ensuring compliance
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues, maintenance requests, and equipment failures related to the Surveillance CCTV system and other associated surveillance systems
  • Provide expert support and training to operational teams on managed surveillance systems
  • Conduct routine maintenance on CCTV cameras and systems, including hardware replacement programs
  • Assist with system updates throughout projects to reflect the operational layout of the system
  • Maintain adherence to regulatory and workplace health and safety requirements
