Executive Chef Position

The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled and motivated Chef who can excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas and kitchen equipment
- Preparing meals and dishes according to established recipes
- Monitoring refrigerator and freezer temperatures to maintain optimal food safety levels
- Implementing the Food Safety Program across all kitchen operations
- Collaborating effectively with management and facility staff to achieve common goals
- Leading, coaching, and developing team members to deliver exceptional service and quality

Selection Criteria:
- Relevant qualification such as Certificate III in Commercial Cooking required
- Good understanding of HACCP regulations and Safe Food Handling Certificate desirable
- Availability for shifts over 7 days, including weekends
- Previous experience in hospital or hotel food service environment preferred
