This is a strategic leadership role supporting CareSouth's growth and success. The People and Culture team leader will be responsible for guiding this team to achieve core objectives.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and lead the People and Culture team to meet our goals.
- Provide guidance, coaching, support, advice, and feedback to managers across the organisation on all aspects of people, culture, wellbeing, and safety.
- Play a key role in significant projects to meet our core objectives.

- Experience as a People and Culture leader with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to think critically and strategically with a focus on delivering results.
