Strategic People and Culture Leader

The People and Culture Team Leader plays a pivotal role in supporting the growth and continued development of the people and culture team. This strategic leader will provide hands-on guidance, coaching, support, advice, and feedback to managers across the organisation on every aspect of people, culture, wellbeing, and safety.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and roll-out of significant projects to meet core objectives. These include practice and process, client and community engagement, communication, people journey, culture and connection.

Key areas of focus will include investing in employer of choice strategies with a strong emphasis on learning and development. The review and redesign of supervision, HR information systems, and onboarding processes are also key priorities.
